Senior NET Developer

Key Responsibilities:
• Work with the CTO to ensure business needs are met and prioritized accordingly
• Assist in the management of deployed application services building and deploying; web
applications; web services; rich internet applications; SQL OLTP and OLAP databases
• Liaise with traders, portfolio managers and the analytics team to help define requirements
Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• Minimum of 7-8 years of directly relevant experience to software development with a minimum
of 7 years commercial experience in the use of Microsoft development tools, especially web
tools like ASP.NET, Ajax and JavaScript. The candidate will have a strong knowledge of XML
web communication using Web services, WCF and SQL Server
• Bachelors Degree or higher in Mathematics/Sciences/Information Technology (or equivalent)
• Must have at least two Microsoft certificates in regards to application development, web
development and SQL Server
• Excellent working knowledge in regards to Microsoft C#, LINQ & ASP.NET, WPF, Silverlight
• Must have detailed working knowledge in regards to Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008
(including SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Entity Relationship Models, Transact SQL, ETL and OLAP)
• Good knowledge of Agile technique such Scrum, Continuous Integration, Test Driven
Development, Versioning control with products like Team Foundation Server (TFS) and
SubVersion Control (SVN)
• Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work independently or with a team

some public holidays may be required.
